1. KalshiSelf-exclusion in your account settings, for a term you pick.
   • Close or sell any open positions first. You can't sell them once the exclusion starts.
   • On kalshi.com open the menu, then Responsible Risk Management. In the app it's under your account settings.
   • Choose a self-exclusion and the longest term you can face.

   This does not cover Kalshi markets you reach through Robinhood, Coinbase or Webull. Those need their own steps below.

2. PolymarketThe US app and polymarket.com are separate accounts. Close both if you've used both. You can still withdraw your balance.
   • US app: Account, then Responsible Trading, then Self-exclusion. Pick a term (up to permanent) and confirm twice.
   • polymarket.com: take a break from the trust page. Pick an end date. It starts right away and can't be shortened or lifted, and you can still sell what you hold. If you can't find it, email support@polymarket.com with the message below.
   • Withdraw whatever balance is left.

3. SelfExclude (shared list)One sign-up that blocks you on every prediction market that has joined. Kalshi and Novig are live; Polymarket, Robinhood and others say they're coming.
   • Sign up with your email and verify your ID.
   • Pick 12 months. Terms can be extended but never shortened.
   • Platforms turn the block on within 24 hours.

4. RobinhoodThe in-app setting only hides sports markets. A full block needs a request to support.

6. WebullWebull has an opt-out in the app. It can't be reversed for the time you pick.
   • Account, then your Event Contract account, then the menu at the top right, then Voluntary Opt-Out. Pick the longest time.

7. FanDuel PredictsFanDuel's self-exclusion covers all its products, including Predicts.

8. DraftKings PredictionsDraftKings self-exclusion also blocks Predictions (event contracts).
   • Sell any open Predictions positions first. Once you self-exclude, you can't sell them.

11. Block it on your phone and computerA blocker stops gambling sites and apps on your devices, including ones you haven't signed up for yet. It can't block event contracts inside Robinhood, Coinbase or Webull, so do those above.
    • Gamban blocks gambling sites and apps on iPhone, Android, Mac and Windows. Michigan has given out free Gamban licenses while they last.
    • BetBlocker is free.
    • Give the blocker's password or lock to someone you trust.
